Strategic Management

Strategic Management involves translating organizational aspirations into reality. Often managers face complex challenges and in response they need to design and execute strategy, lead change and produce results that would otherwise not be achieved. Strategic management requires, managers to be able to self manage as without changes in areas such as routine and prioritising, strategic management can fall victim to operational pressure. In addition, managers need the ability to apply a range of organizational tools and techniques that will enhance their strategic leadership.
