He has twenty five years experience as a trainer, facilitator, reviewer, planner and keynote presenter and has written widely on governance, management and improving business performance. With a background as a successful business owner, experience in government and commercial organizations, and a long history of involvement in not for profits, John moves effortlessly between different industries sharing the best each has to offer.

John is known for being a direct communicator with exceptional observation and analytical skills that enable him to identify where performance improvement is needed and to challenge and motivate others. He takes a visionary, passionate and practical approach that stems from knowledge of what will work in specific situations. John has earned a formidable reputation for his ability to handle complex situations with boards, CEOs and executive teams.

management. He is a Fellow at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
